Be on time for your appointment! *There is a 10 minute grace period for clients who may be running late. $25 must be paid in addition to service in order to start after that grace period. *No more than 20 minutes*
All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE, if you can't make it to your appointment & you would like to reschedule, please do so ONLINE. your deposit can be transferred if appointment is rescheduled within 48 hours of your appointment, reschedules after 48 hours of the appointment time must pay a new deposit.
NO CALL NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE FEE. you will no longer be able to make an appointment.
- Classes must be cancelled within 14 days for deposit to be transferrable to a new date. Must be rebooked within 60 days to keep deposit. You cannot cross deposits with classes/services.
